Routine inspection and maintenance of fountain pump:
Inspection of fountain water pump inspection of underwater lamps: the underwater lamps of fountains shall be inspected and tightened once a month to avoid short circuit failure caused by water inflow into the lamp body.
Inspection of cables: inspect cables laid in water once every six months to check for aging and avoid unnecessary losses.
Inspection of spray heads: to ensure the beauty and consistency of fountain water type, the spray heads with varying angles should be reset at any time. sharp objects are forbidden to be used for knocking during resetting to prevent the spray heads from being damaged.
Detection of fountain electrical appliances: fountain electrical appliances should be maintained regularly. for half a year, necessary maintenance should be carried out on the vulnerable electrical appliances in the cabinet. the maintenance and repair of electrical appliances should be carried out under the condition of cutting off the power supply. in case of special circumstances requiring live working, safety protection measures should be taken and special persons should be assigned to monitor important parts.
Cleaning of fountain pump cleaning of fountain pump: the suction port of fountain pump should be cleaned every month to prevent dirt from blocking the suction port, reducing work efficiency and even causing equipment loss. The submersible pump must drain the cooling water during winter shutdown to avoid icing damage to the pump body. the oil-cooled pump needs to close the valve.
Fountain pipeline cleaning: once a year. Before the fountain pump is stopped in winter, the water in the pipeline should be drained to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking.
Cleaning of fountain nozzles and underwater lights: clean once every six months. pay attention to the nozzle riser and underwater lights during cleaning to prevent damage.

For the replacement of the fountain pump, the standby equipment of the fountain should be started regularly to prevent the performance of the equipment from deteriorating. When replacing the diaphragm of the solenoid valve, clean up all the objects falling off in the pipeline, and tighten the screws in a diagonal sequence.
