The division and construction sequence of the first division project is hydropower prefabrication project - hydropower plant project - hydropower music program-controlled debugging. In order to ensure the completion of the project as scheduled, the prefabricated units will be constructed in parallel, with the primary pipeline units proceeding from bottom to top, and the water and electricity prefabrication project will be divided into two parts: pipeline prefabrication and electrical prefabrication.
1, construction skills approach
1 ) The pipe prefabrication part is the main control circle: straight main pipe and round pipe fixing eye; Eye position drilling ( DN15 - DN25 ); Big eye gas cutting ( above DN25 ); Branch pipe cutting; Stand up the pipe sleeve wire; Cutting of bracket fittings; Drill holes for accessories; Strategic processing; Water pump flange drilling.
Skill requirements: setting out the bending circle, cutting and molding the circle, fixing the axis of the straight pipe, fixing the eyes, punching and enlarging the eyes to ensure correct dimensions; Stent processing should be strictly according to the standard pipe diameter. Sample parts of stent fittings should be made first, and then nested according to the sample parts to ensure that the same pipe diameter stent fittings are common. Make sure that the amount of labor used for the device support reaches the minimum limit. Sampling check should be done when necessary, and skill check and quality check should be done after each prefabrication operation is completed.
2 ) The project is a special water and electricity structure. The division of the project and its construction sequence are water and electricity prefabrication project - water and electricity installation project - water, electricity and program-controlled commissioning. In order to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, the prefabrication projects will be arranged in parallel with running water construction, and the primary pipeline installation will be carried out from bottom to top.
3 ) The electrical prefabricated parts are lamp rack processing, control panel processing and assembling, chassis processing and junction box processing.
Skill requirements: The processing and assembly of the control panel must meet the technical requirements of the fountain and the corresponding construction standards. After the original line is assembled, it must be debugged and the parameters can not enter the plant site until they reach the planning requirements. After the wiring is processed, the waterproof test shall be conducted to check the processing quality.
2. Equipment engineering: divided into two parts: pipeline equipment and electrical equipment.
1 ) Pipeline installation construction process:
Site lofting - → bracket bottom plate device - → elevation determination - → temporary water and electricity skill requirements: site lofting shall be done to enlarge the drawing to 1: 1, the bottom plate shall be firmly fixed, the elevation shall be measured by level gauge, temporary electricity shall be paid out to mechanical equipment, it shall be done to prevent pipeline crushing, leakage and distribution box shall be equipped with leakage protector, each project device shall be installed according to the sample, the pipeline shall be horizontal and vertical, the main arc caused by branch pipe welding shall be straightened, the water pump device shall be fastened, the nozzle device shall be debugged, and the bottom surface of the pipeline shall not leak paint.
2 ) electrical equipment construction process:
Cable laying - → junction box installation - → water pump, lantern, cable connection - → skill requirements for lantern installation: cable laying must be soft and must not be tightened; when crossing the road, it is necessary to make a trench or wear a steel pipe; when laying, it is necessary to lay a layer of brick and yellow sand ( outside the pool ) above and below to avoid cable damage; It is necessary to keep the top surface of the lantern device at a certain distance from the water surface ( the distance between the lantern and the water surface is 5 cm ); The wiring of the lamp line, pump line and cable line must be tight and tight, and the control panel of the pump line pipe must be firmly grounded. After the completion of each construction process, skills should be checked and checked, records of shadow check should be made, and water should be drained to clear the site.
3 ) water, electricity, program-controlled debugging construction process:
