The water column of a straight-line jet fountain can be high or low, coarse or fine, and is extremely flexible in application. If the nozzles are arranged in a straight or gently curved arc, a very good background and prospect can be formed.
When the nozzle is installed 5^- 10cm below the water surface, the upward jet of water will drive the surrounding water to surge upward together, thus forming a spring. In fact, Yongquan usually uses a special nozzle, and usually uses an air-filling nozzle and a water-adding nozzle, so that bubbles and spray can be entrained in the gushing water column, making the water column appear thicker and whiter, forming a landscape effect of three feet of " snow" surging on the ground. Yongquan is generally not high, with most of the height being about lm. It is precisely because of its low height that it is more cordial, natural and easy to achieve a harmonious effect with the surrounding scenery. Therefore, it is also more widely used in small spaces of gardens and indoor waterscape.
