Daily Inspection and Maintenance of Fountain Pumps

Only the best daily inspection and maintenance of fountain pump can prolong the service life of fountain pump better. So, how do fountain pumps do routine inspections and maintenance?
Daily inspection and maintenance of fountain pump:
Inspection of fountain water pump inspection of submerged lamp: the submerged lamp of fountain shall be inspected and tightened once a month to avoid short circuit fault caused by water entering the lamp body.
Inspection of cables: cables placed in water shall be inspected once every six months to check aging and avoid unnecessary losses.
Inspection of sprinklers: In order to ensure the beauty and consistency of fountain water type, the sprinklers with variable angles should be reset at any time. Sharp objects are forbidden to knock during reset to prevent the sprinklers from being damaged.
Detection of fountain electrical equipment: fountain electrical equipment shall be regularly maintained, and the vulnerable electrical equipment in the cabinet shall be subject to necessary maintenance at the detection level for half a year. Maintenance and repair of electrical equipment shall be carried out under the condition of cutting off the power supply. In case of live operation under special circumstances, safety protection measures shall be taken, and special personnel shall be assigned to monitor important parts.
Cleaning of Fountain Pump Cleaning of Fountain Pump: The suction port of fountain pump shall be cleaned monthly to prevent dirt from blocking the suction port, reduce work efficiency and even cause equipment damage. During the winter when submersible pump is out of service, cooling water must be flashing to avoid icing damage to the pump body. The oil-cooled pump needs to close the valve.
Fountain pipeline cleaning: once a year. Before the fountain pump is stopped in winter, the water in the pipeline should be drained to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking.
Cleaning of fountain nozzle and underwater lamp: cleaning shall be done once every six months. During cleaning, pay attention to nozzle riser and underwater colored lights to prevent damage.

The replacement of fountain water pump and the regular start-up and operation of fountain standby equipment shall be carried out to prevent the equipment performance from deteriorating. When replacing the diaphragm of the solenoid valve, all objects falling off in the pipeline shall be cleaned up, and the screws shall be tightened in diagonal sequence.
