Automatic Control Technology of Music Fountain Control System

In the music fountain control system, some companies have adopted the most advanced distributed computer control system based on WINDOWS NT. The system has five characteristics: advanced, open, practical and safe. Automatic control technology is the most critical technology in music fountain, and its main characteristics are shown in the following aspects:

First, a high-level music signal processing system has developed a 32-bit computer processing system (M UCS) for music signals using the international leading technology in language recognition of the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The system performs spectrum analysis and delay processing on the music signals, extracts the effective components of the music signals suitable for fountain control and sends them to the main controller, and can delay the music signals at will to synchronize the fountain and music.
Second, centralized and decentralized control system The fountain is directly controlled by the main controller, which has the following characteristics:
1. Music signal acquisition function to extract effective components according to frequency characteristics.
2. Fault diagnosis of fountain equipment can diagnose the running state of the main machine, electric leakage and the working state of the drive cabinet.
3. The Chinese menu type operating system enables the operator to learn to operate in a short period of time, and has various dynamic modeling and pattern change display functions of the music fountain, so that the operator can observe various changes of the fountain through a computer screen, thus greatly facilitating music distribution of the music fountain and use of the operator.
4. Open structure, friendly man-machine interface, communication interface and programming skills are open to users, and the music fountain can be completed by only two keys of the mouse, thus it is easy to enrich the music fountain music distribution library and always gives people a refreshing feeling.
5. Direct control of music fountain, directly driving pump, frequency converter or server.
6. Swing speed and direction control of swing motor, maximum control amount 1024 or more. Fountain controller adopts MUCS system, which can be connected with any sound source (CD player, tape recorder, live performance, etc.), so that music and fountain can be completely synchronized without distortion of music signal.
III. Safety and Reliability
1. Over-voltage, over-current and leakage protection devices are installed for each controlled device. In case of failure, the power supply can be cut off automatically, thus reliably protecting the fountain device from loss and ensuring personal safety.
2. Summarize a set of unique grounding protection methods from industrial control engineering practice to further improve safety.
3. The driver part adopts large-scale high-power contactless relays to reduce electromagnetic spark interference, greatly reduce the faults of the main circuit and prolong the service life.
