Characteristics and Operating Conditions of Explosion Fountain
Explosion fountain is one of fountain pumps commonly used in fountain engineering. This paper mainly summarizes the characteristics and application conditions of explosion fountain.
I. Characteristics of Explosion Fountain
1. Use high-tech materials to improve the corrosion resistance of the motor.
2. The impeller uses special materials to prevent the impeller from loosening.
3. Leakage protection measures: fixed potential grounding device shall be adopted.
4. II. Conditions for Use of Explosion Fountain
1, the explosion fountain should be completely immersed in water, diving depth of not less than 0.5 meters, not more than 5 meters.
2, the ambient water temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
3. The working medium is non-corrosive clear water, the sediment concentration is not more than 0.1%, and the pH value is 6.5~8.5.
4. The power supply shall be three-phase 50Hz with a rated voltage of 380V, and the power supply voltage shall be within 342 ~ 420V.
5. Explosion fountains shall be used within the applicable range near the rated lift.
