Music fountain is a movable fountain created for entertainment. It is designed according to aesthetics and often produces 3-dimensional effects. Music fountain construction equipment is mainly composed of water quality of fountains, nozzles, water pumps, underwater colored lights and other components. 1. Water quality of musical fountain construction equipment
The chromaticity of the water quality of music fountain construction equipment shall not exceed 15 degrees, and shall not present other different colors, and the turbidity shall not exceed 10 degrees; Do not contain visible objects. The impurity content in the water is not more than 0.1%, the impurity particle size is not more than 0.2mm, the chloride ion content is not more than 400mm/L, and the PH value is in the range of 6.5~8.5. At the same time, attention should be paid to the recycling of water for fountain equipment. When the nozzle requires, the circulating water should be filtered. The supplementary water quantity of the circulation system shall be determined according to the losses of evaporation, wind blowing, leakage, sewage discharge, etc. Generally, 5% ~ 10% of the circulation flow shall be adopted.
2. Nozzle
Sprinklers should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Attention should be paid to the tightness of the connection between the sprinkler and the pipeline during installation. When installing the sprinkler, a layer of raw material tape should be wrapped around the pipe sleeve to avoid water leakage and affect the spraying effect. At the same time, anti-theft measures should be taken for the sprinkler.
3. Underwater Lantern
Underwater colored lights are easily damaged parts of fountain equipment components, so the daily maintenance of colored lights is also extremely important. The colored lights are preferably waterproof with heat shrink tubes and thermosol. During the assembly of colored lights, the connection between the colored lights and the lamp holder should be ensured to be tight and not loose. When welding the lamp piece on the pipeline, the lamp piece must be welded tightly to prevent the lamp piece from falling off during use. After the assembly is completed, it should be immersed in 5% saline water for 72 hours, and it can only be used after the measured resistance is qualified.
4. Water pump
The common problems of the water pump include no water discharge, little indirect water discharge or water discharge, motor failure to start with buzzing sound, low insulation resistance of the motor winding to the ground, etc. The main causes of these phenomena include blockage of the motor's non-starting pipeline, pipeline rupture, blocking of the water filter network, water outlet above the water surface, reverse rotation of the electric pump, and foreign matter in the impeller. At this time, we must first find out the cause of the fault, clean up the fault or blockage, repair the line or replace the bearing, etc., so that the water pump can work normally.
